내 용 : 고압가스안전관리법의 개정공포(2002. 3.25법률 제6676호)에 따라 위해방지조치권한 중 일부가 공사 로 위탁됨에 따라 규정을 정비하고, 외국용기등 제조등록 제 및 정밀안전검진제도가 신설됨에 따라 고압가스 안전 관리제도의 미비점을 개선.보완하는 것임.
